I'm having trouble logging in.

Answer #1: That wasn't really a question, but I understand what you mean. First, make sure you're at the login screen. Follow the link or type www.clearchoiceprep.com/preplink into your browser.

Answer #2: Make sure you have the most recent version of Flash installed on your computer. Click Here to quickly and safely download and install Flash.

Answer #3: Still stuck? Perhaps you're doing it wrong. Try watching this short How to video to make sure you're punching the right keys and clicking the right buttons.

Answer #4: Still nothing? Check to make sure you're using the correct username and password. If you're unsure of your username or password, check with your tutor/instructor or click here to reset your username and password.

How do I complete an online homework assignment?

My PrepLink assignment won't print. What should I do?

Answer #1: We do recommend that you always print your homework assignments so that you can practice marking up the problem as you would on a real SAT, but if you don't have access to a working printer, you can always complete an assignment from the screen by clicking "work from the screen" instead of "print assignment."

Answer #2: If you are having trouble printing assignments, check your printer settings. If you're satisfied that everything should be working, send an email at service@clearchoiceprep.com, and we'll sort it out.

I accidentally submitted my answers when I wasn't finished with an assignment. What should I do?

Let your tutor know about the goof. Your tutor is able to reset the assignment.

I just received an error message. What should I do?

Don't worry about it. These errors are rare and not serious. There is nothing wrong with your account. Most error messages are caused by a bad internet connection or occationally by errors within the Flash Player. Simply click Refresh on your browser, and you'll be taken back to the login screen. Once you're there, login as you ordinarily would. If something still seems to be wrong, send us an email at service@clearchoiceprep.com.
